Tomas and I had worked together before he became my mentor. So, I already knew he was a highly respected professional. With his help, I moved from a junior role to a mid-level one. He advised me on which technology to focus on and taught me the responsibility, expectations of a mid level engineer and steps needed to get there. I highly recommend Tomas as a mentor, apart from his professional knowledge, he is also a kind person and a friend.

I approached Tomas for a chat because I saw how well he manages the data engineering team besides his skills and knowledge. And then, it all started :) He encouraged me and gave all the needed support and guidance in my path of transferring from data analyst to data engineer.
