I have been working in the business for almost 10 years with partnerships, sales, and business management. For the last 5 years, I have been successfully managing a design agency with a team of 10 people, starting with HR, sales, and project management. I work both abroad and in Lithuania, from small businesses to corporations.
For future mentees, I can offer help in networking, business, and small team management questions. As well as, help answer questions regarding career choices in creative industries.
