About
A graphic designer who became a marketing specialist, who became an integrated communication project manager, who became editor-in-chief of engineering magazine, who became a leader managing creative and diverse service teams. Somewhere along this way, I managed to be a metal singer, a jewelry designer, and an interior designer. You can say that I am a person who can wear many hats and is not afraid to change them or try new ones. For example, I am in the process of becoming an Ikigai coach.
For more than 10 recent years, I was leading operations of in-house service teams in a large international company – from graphic design and visual communication to digital platforms management and HR services, also developing other leaders (and I must admit that was one of the most favorite parts of my job to see people expanding their potential). I had an opportunity to build services from scratch, turn things around from a poor customer satisfaction to excellent customer service, and develop vision and strategy for services to comply with strategic company goals.
Some situations when I could be of use and would love to help you:
• You have freshly been promoted from specialist to manager and struggle to find your new self in the new role
• You are a specialist who would like to become a manager and aren’t sure what skills you need to focus on
• You struggle to engage your team around a common goal or communicate strategy (or translate it into language relevant for your team)
• You don’t feel fulfilled at work and struggle to understand why or feel unsure about your next career step
• You would like to find a way to communicate boring messages or data in a more appealing visual way
• You’d like to improve operational processes in your team or develop a strategy to improve quality and are not sure where to start
• You struggle to manage time and distribute priorities (especially if you have a multifunctional job, e.g., mixing team management and hands-on job)
There are likely many more areas or topics where I could be a useful mentor for you, so do not hesitate to reach out.
