Hi, I’m Martyna, a proud VU VM alumni with a degree in International Business. My professional journey began during my studies when I joined an international organization and dived into the HR department. There, I didn’t just handle recruitment—I was part of creating programs, organizing events, and making strategic decisions in human resources.

After an adventurous stint traveling across America with the Work&Travel program, I received an exciting offer to join Hostinger. Four years later, I’m still here and loving every moment.

My time at Hostinger has been a journey of growth and transformation. I’ve worked in three different teams, advancing from junior to senior roles and eventually finding my true passion in marketing. Why marketing? Hostinger operates in a vast and fiercely competitive industry, where we proudly hold a top 2 global position. This means we have a stellar marketing and product team that consistently outperforms. My colleagues' curiosity and innovative spirit inspired me and here I am!

Currently, I’m an assistant to the CMO, working closely with 16 marketing managers. Over the years, I got to be hands-on in:
- People development and career coaching
- Project management
- Marketing team operations
- Recruitment
- Communication strategies

My mission of being here is to help young people navigate their careers, develop their businesses, and succeed in their studies. I believe I have valuable insights on landing jobs at top companies in Lithuania or starting a freelancing career. My 6 years of experience in marketing, creativity, communication, events, and HR—fields should be surely helpful for you.
