I have a Master's degree in Education from the University of Navarra (Spain), where I went to study for my Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Vilnius University. Most of my professional life has been devoted to the administration and implementation of EU-funded human resources projects.

My other career field is non-formal youth development: I design and implement programmes for personal growth, career choice and effective learning, develop and implement youth exchange projects, and mentor.

I am currently working as a career counsellor at Vilnius University. I advise students on career management and provide training in general competence development and job search.
