“There are no coincidences” – said a hero of a movie... This is how I started my mentorship journey, when my first mentoring experience found me without me even searching for it.

I am HR expert, advisor, manager, and coach. I am on a continuous learning journey – both in terms of professional and personal growth.

I have been immersed in the field of Human Resources for 16 years. Leadership and organizational culture, talent acquisition and recruitment, competency development, performance management solutions, employee engagement and employee experience within the organization, internal communication – these topics are part of my daily work.

Throughout my career, I have accumulated nearly 20 years of leadership experience – from managing teams to very large-scale international projects.

Psychology is my passion in a big way, to which I have dedicated many years of studies. This passion led me to coaching. With the help of coaching, clients' dreams can become goals, goals can turn into actions, and actions can lead to the realization of dreams. In the last few years, I have been diving into neuropsychology, practicing self-consciousness and self-reflection.
