About
A little about me:
I grew up in Panevėžys district until I reached adulthood, completed my studies, and began my first job in Kaunas. Here, I discovered a new, previously unexperienced code of my identity - youth worker. While still studying, I decided to spend a year volunteering in Sicily, where my values formed, based on human rights. And now, for almost a decade, I have been building my life in Vilnius.
I am an expert in youth policy, formal and non-formal education, and human rights education, and work with young people. For over 15 years, I have been directly working with people of all ages, organizations, communities, decision-makers, and representatives of the intersectoral sector. I conduct training sessions both in Lithuania and abroad (I am a member of the Youth Affairs Agency's pool of trainers and a freelance trainer as well). I am also the co-founder and chairwoman of Pokyčių partnerė (Partners of change) and co-owner of Youth Personal Development Center. I am also striving for ICF (International Coaching Federation) ACC accreditation.
I completed master's studies in theater and performing arts management, so in my work, I strive to combine human rights and cultural education, critical thinking, social justice, volunteerism, emotional intelligence development, and solidarity themes. I am interested in media literacy, gender equality, mental health, integration of human rights into the education system, and sustainability topics.
So, if you:
- are interested in how I got here, where I am now, and how I manage to balance and keep up with everything;
- want to understand how human rights and equal opportunities work and how to apply them in your activities;
- are curious about how training planning, organizing, and conducting works (information from A to Z)...
...let's get in touch.
