I am a Product Owner in international company Nortal. I started my career there as a junior analyst after my studies in IT and a few practices where I tried a developer role. During all 5+ years, I had an opportunity to try out myself in 10+ projects, related to healthcare, eCommerce, process mining, audit in fintech, VR. Also, I have experience working on various small and medium-scale projects including government and non-government projects in Lithuania and abroad.

My main responsibilities at work are requirements gathering and functional specifications preparation, process flows analysis, testing, backlog management, workshop organization and leading, releases and sprints planning, and helping in proposal writing. So, I can share my experience, give some tips and help to find a way to improve your skills in the mentioned areas. Also, next to my main responsibilities I am taking a part in helping my colleagues to learn: organizing/helping to organize experience-sharing sessions, mentoring (and being a mentee) and other ways to share the knowledge across POs, analysts and other colleagues in my company, so I am open to talk about knowledge-sharing topic as well.
