I have been a humanitarian since school; I have always enjoyed being around people, speaking and going onstage. Also, an essential part of my life is continuous learning and self-education. This is proved by my two cum laude diplomas, practice abroad and written articles. As you may have already understood, I have been specializing in the field of HR for several years, which is not limited to and includes such areas as communication ,onboarding, talent acquisition, career management, reward and compensation, performance review, and motivational systems. I have also been interested in diversity and equality studies since university because I want and I strive for each of us to find a place under the sun. Working in HR is my vocation, the goal I have been pursuing for a long time, and it was not a fortuity under the right circumstances.

Moreover, I can manage/rewrite Linkedin profiles, provide consultations, and write down tips. I conduct Linkedin training. I can also write and edit Lithuanian texts.
