After 15 years of corporate experience in Ukraine, Spain and Poland, I have started my coaching business in Lithuania in 2021.

I work with women in IT who reached a glass ceiling and don’t understand where to go further, either to change jobs, companies or professions. I help them to gain clarity, inner security and an understanding of where to go and what to do with their career and life. Also, I help to detect and neutralize perfectionism, and imposter's syndrome and predict and prevent burnout. My clients got new jobs, promotions, changed countries and grew as leaders.

I have 10 years of public speaking experience as a speaker and mentor and speak 6 languages. More
