I am a chief research fellow and an associate professor at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH). My work focuses on innovative building structures and materials, with collaborations at research centers worldwide. I’ve also contributed to international standards for concrete structures and stay active in the academic community through my involvement in scientific publishing.

I am passionate about helping early-stage researchers and PhD students navigate the challenges of research. Having faced these myself, I know the importance of developing solid methodologies, staying organized, and pushing through obstacles. My goal is not only to provide practical advice and support—from shaping research questions to publishing results—but also to help structure research in a way that makes the process enjoyable and fulfilling.

For me, the quality of work and the pleasure of the investigation go hand in hand. I believe that when researchers find joy in their work, it leads to better outcomes and sustained motivation.
