About

I started working as a mentor two years ago, and over that time, I’ve noticed a pattern: everyone who reaches out to me is a little "different" - regular advice simply doesn't work for them. If you've stumbled upon this page too— nice to meet you, I'm Andrius.

I’ve always been a little bit of a Renaissance man. For example, I found it hard to decide on just one university major, so, I chose a program where I could learn about almost everything - Public Communications. My deep interest in psychology and how systems work led me to enrolling in a Strategic Organizational Management master's. At the moment, I’m preparing for a PhD in Communication & Information science with the aim to research what I’ve been studying independently for more than 8 years: the phenomena of personality and consciousness.

My career path has been multifaceted, to say the least. I’ve worked as a translator at scientific conferences, a TV journalist, a marketer, a university lecturer (started teaching personality psychology back when I myself was still a bachelor's student). One of the more memorable chapters of my life was the “Kaunas 2022 - European Capital of Culture“ project, where I coordinated volunteer teams across all the major events.

Let’s circle back to personality and consciousness. Sometimes in life, you’re just made for certain things. In my case, I have an intuitive ability to easily notice patterns in how people think and behave, which led to an interest in personality psychology. Over the years, I became fascinated with Carl Jung and his cognitive functions theory, the Enneagram, Socionics and various Eastern thinkers, and studied those disciplines deeply. Neuroscience happened to find its way into the mix as well.

Regarding the mentorship sessions, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. The topics and themes we cover always depend on what feels most relevant or urgent in your life at the time. Workplace & career challenges, interpersonal relationships, mental health, self-discovery - those are just a few examples of what we could talk about.
