In the "Declaration" section select "Fill in the form". You can find the necessary form in "Frequently filled forms" section
Click the globe icon in the form filling window
In the recipient’s search window enter VšĮ Karjeros platforma (identification no. 304480610)
Next, fill in the necessary declaration’s information: what part of the tax you are declaring and until what tax period
After confirming the correctness of the data, click "Form a request" in the window that opens and click "Submit".
